Elise Modrovich and PhysioFit Pilates provide pilates in Sherman Oaks, pilates in Studio City, and pilates in Los Angeles.

A thorough client health history, postural evaluation and health & fitness goals are made on the first session. Sessions may include work with the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Mat, Ball and other Props as needed. Private Sessions are conducted one-on-one, while Duo Sessions are two clients working simultaneously on the various apparatus.

Payment must be made for sessions in advance. Personal Checks, Credit Cards and Cash are accepted. No insurance billing will be performed but a detailed receipt can be supplied for you to submit to them directly. Please consult your physician or physical therapist for restrictions to your insurance billing.

*A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions*

If a Duo Partner cancels a session with more than 24-hr notice, the other Partner has the option of paying for a Private or canceling the session prior to the 24-hr notice deadline.

If a Duo Partner cancels a session with less than 24-hr notice, the other Partner may take that session at the normal Duo rate.
